How current services will change
Service 1:
- Service 1 will no longer operate, it will be replaced by the following services:
- Toll Bar End served by new service 3A
- Peak hour service along London Road provided by new 7 operating from Brownshill Green and City Centre to Middlemarch Business Park
- Centro looking to provide tendered service for Grayswood Avenue
Service 2:
- Cheylesmore-City service extended to Allesley Park to replace 23
- New evening and Sunday services for Cheylesmore and Fenside
- More frequent service City-Cheylesmore with new 2 and 3 (every 7/8 minutes)
Services 3, 4 and 4A:
- Hen Lane service replaced by new 4 and extended to Walsgrave Hospital
- Stoke Aldermoor service replaced by more frequent (every 10 minutes) services 16 and 16A
Service 5:
- Coundon service largely unchanged but extended from City to Earlsdon, Canley Station and Torrington Avenue
- Service continues to serve Everdon Road, Lythalls Lane and Arena
- New Sunday daytime service for Everdon Road, Lythalls Lane and Arena
Service 7:
- Brownshill Green service largely unchanged but better co-ordinated with service 900 between Allesley and City
- New evening and Sunday service on 7 replacing the 75
Service 10:
- Largely unchanged but slight changes to route at Eastern Green (to serve Sutton Avenue) and between Henley Green and Bell Green to operate both ways via Henley Road
- Sunday and evening service extended from Sewall Highway to Bell Green half hourly
- Part of combined 4 minute frequency between City and Ball Hill
Service 11:
- Replaced by new 3 and 3A between City and Cheylesmore , Whitley (Abbey Road), Dunsmore Avenue, Middle Ride, Yarningdale Road and Toll Bar End served by new 3A with new links to Remembrance Road for local shops
- Ulverscroft Road and Stonehouse Lane no longer served but alternatives available on 2, 3/3A for Ulverscroft Road and 3A and 7 for Stonehouse Lane
Service 12:
- Largely unchanged except buses will terminate in Leamington Town Centre at the Pump Rooms
Services 13 and 13A:
- More buses on the 13 to provide better frequency (every 10 minutes)
- Peak hour buses for Binley Trading Estate will continue to operate as 13A
Services 14 and 15:
- Replaced by new 9 and 9A (9 serves Green Lane and Finham, 9A serves Styvechale Grange, Burnt Post and Bishop Ullathorne School)
- Improved frequencies and all day service, including Sundays.
- New services directly serve Coventry Rail Station
Services 19, 19W and 19X:
- Replaced by new 18 and 18A services offering better frequencies and more direct routes into the city
- Prior Deram Walk buses will operate every 15 minutes
- Peak hour service to Westwood Business Park remains as service 19
Services 20, 30A, 30C, 40, 50, 60:
- Revised services 20 (Bedworth), 20A (Manor House & Bell Green) and 20E (Longford & Oban Road) replace existing service pattern
- High frequency stays Foleshill Road with more buses for Longford
- Victoria Farm will be served by new more frequent 6A service, operating from the city centre via Stoke Heath
- Centro and Warwickshire County Council will be supporting new services for Brade Drive at walsgrave, Lentons Lane and Hawkesbury (Black Horse Lane)
Services 21, 21C and 21W:
- More buses on the 21 to provide a better frequency (every 6-8 minutes)
- Between Bell Green and Wood End buses will operate out and back on the same route via Roseberry Avenue and Hillmorton Road
- Same route will operate all week with no evening and Sunday variations
- Middlemarch Business Park replaced by peak hour journeys on the 7 direct via London Road
Service 23:
- Replaced by extended service 2 operating the same route all day everyday
- Buses will run through to Cheylesmore
Service 27:
- Wyken and Walsgrave Hospital service replaced by extended service 4
- Service to Coventry Station provided by new 8/8A and 9/9A operating much more frequently and with connections to first London and Birmingham trains
- Later departure from Rail Station
- Walsgrave Hospital served additionally by new 9 and 9A buses on quicker route via Ansty Road to the Hospital
Service 31:
- Woodway Business Park service replaced by new service 8 operating all day (including evenings and Sundays)
Services 32, 32C and 33:
- Tile Hill services replaced by new 6 and 6A providing more buses to Tile Hill North (Jardine Crescent) and Tanyard Farm
- Ansty Road frequency increased to every 7/8 minutes with new services 8/8A (Potters Green/Bell Green) and 9/9A (Walsgrave Hospital)
- Potters Green served every 15 minutes by new 8 (for Woodway Park) and 8A (for Henley Green)
Service 34:
- Dorchester Way and Clifford Bridge Road served by new services 16 and 16A every 20 minutes
- Frequency along Binley Road increased on service 13
- Broad Lane and Banner Lane served by new more frequent 6A service
- Broad Lane and Banner Lane gain new evening and Sunday service
- Hillfields served by more frequent service 16A
Service 36:
- More buses will operate to Keresley Road and Keresley Village (every 10 minutes daytime)
- 16/16A will extend through to Walsgrave Hospital via Stoke Aldermoor , Ernesford Grange and Binley
- Stoke Heath and Little Heath served by new more frequent 6 and 6A services (6A extends to Bell Green and Victoria Farm)
Service 42:
- Cannon Hill Road area linked directly to City Centre via Kenilworth Road by new service 18A (operating every 30 minutes at peak and shopping times)
- 18A also provides link to Cannon Park Shops
- Service 42 between City and Coundon will be operated by National Express Coventry and supported by Centro
- Centro are currently looking to support a replacement for service 42 to Coundon and in the Canley Gardens area
Services 81, 81E and 81W:
- Torrington Avenue will be served every 30 minutes by new service 5 (operating from Radford, Coundon and City Centre via Earlsdon)
- Westwood Heath Road, Burton Green, Balsall Common and Berkswell will be served by a new Centro supported service
