Where can I top-up my smartcard with more e-Daysavers?
You can top-up your smartcard at any of our Travelshops. You cannot top up your smartcard online at this time even if you purchased your initial card from the website although we are working on this.
Do I always need to buy a set number of e-Daysavers?
Yes, you can only top-up the e-Daysaver smartcard with 5, 10 or 15 e-Daysavers. If you need to travel more frequently then a Travelcard may be the best way to travel.
Can the e-Daysaver be used in the same areas or at the same time as a paper daysaver?
Yes, the e-Daysaver works in the same way as a paper Daysaver. You can use the regional daysaver on all National Express West Midlands and National Express Coventry buses all day, except special services.
If I buy e-Daysavers on the Smartcard, how long will they be valid for?
The smartcard will store the e-Daysavers until you wish to use them for up to a maximum of 12 months.
Can I use the e-Daysavers on the smartcard on other operator's buses?
No, the e-Daysavers loaded onto the smartcard can only be used on National Express West Midlands and National Express Coventry buses (excluding special services)
Can I put e-Daysavers onto my existing smartcard?
No, at the moment, you can only add e-Daysavers to an e-Daysaver smartcard.
What happens if I lose my e-Daysaver smartcard?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund if the smartcard is lost, so please keep it safe. If you lose the smartcard on one of our buses, in the first instance please contact the lost property office at the relevant garage to see if the Smartcard has been handed in. Do I need a photocard to go with the e-Daysaver smartcard?
No, a photocard is not required for the e-Daysaver smartcard.
What happens if my e-Daysaver smartcard doesnt work?
