Network 16-18 Photocards

Getting a Network 16-18 photocard couldn't be easier - anyone aged between 16-18 in full time education and living in the West Midlands is eligible who pay (or their parents pay) council tax to Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall or Wolverhampton Metropolitan Borough Councils can get one by completing an application form from their school or college from September.
