Bus company wants to hear your views
Dave Kaye, Managing Director of National Express UK Bus business is holding an open day to meet customers who use National Express Dundee bus services, at City Square on Wednesday 30 March at 1430.
Customers are encouraged to attend the first event of its type organised by National Express Dundee in recent years. Together with his senior directors, Dave will be ready to answer any questions, concerns and queries from bus users.
Simon Mathieson, Acting Director of National Express Dundee said, “Since I joined the business as Acting Director a few months ago I’ve spent as much time as possible meeting customers on buses. I want to hear comments on a wide range of issues so we can continually improve the service we offer.”
Dave Kaye, Managing Director, National Express UK Bus said, “We want to take this opportunity to really listen to our customers in Dundee. Being able to personally respond to issues that affect individual customers is very important to me.”
