Diversions starting 9th July 2007
Various diversions affecting Travel Dundee services start on Monday, 9th July 2007. Details of changes to bus routes are given below. Travel Dundee apologises for any inconvenience caused.
Strathmore AvenueDue to the partial closure of Strathmore Avenue for 12 days from Monday, 9th July 2007, Services 1,1A,1B,1C will be required to divert as follows:
Services 1,1A,1B,1C (Buses towards St Mary's):From Strathmore Avenue buses will run via Lawton Road, Byron Street and Aplin Road to Strathmore Road and normal route.
Services 1,1A,1B,1C (Buses towards City Centre):From Strathmore Avenue buses will run via Aplin Road, Byron Street and Lawton Road to Strathmore Avenue and normal route.
Coupar Angus Road (at the Camperdown Park Roaundabout):Due to the closure of Coupar Angus Road starting on Monday, 9th July 2007 and lasting for 7 days, the following services will be diverted.
Service 1X (towards Harris Academy):From Rosemont Road buses will run via Staffa Place, MacAlpine Road, Kingsway and Coupar Angus Road then normal route.
Service 1X (towards St Mary's):From Coupar Angus Road buses will run via Kingsway, MacAlpine Road and Staffa Place to Staffa Place and the normal route.
Services 3 and 4From Coupar Angus Road buses will use the newly built acess road into Camperdown. Buses will return via the same route.
Services 9, 10, 11 and 12:All services will use the Kingsway before running via the newly built acess road into Camperdown. Buses will return via the same route.
Fountainbleau DriveDue to the closure of Fountainbleau Drive starting on Monday, 9th July 2007 and lasting for approximately 8 weeks, the following services will be diverted.
Services 9 and 11From Claverhouse Road buses will run via Forfar Road to Fintry Drive and normal route.
Services 10 and 12From Fintry Drive buses will run via Forfar Road to Claverhouse Road to rejoin normal route.
Service 32 (towards City Centre):From Fintry Road buses will run via Fintry Drive and Forfar Road to rejoin normal route.
Service 32 (towards Fintry):From Forfar Road buses will run via Fintry Drive to Fintry Road and normal route.
Service 36:From Fountainbleau Drive buses will run via Fintry Road, Fintry Drive, Forfar Road and Claverhouse Road to rejoin the normal route.
Service 37:After completing the loop around Mill O'Mains buses will run via Forfar Road, Fintry Drive and Fintry Road to Fountainbleau Drive and the normal route.
