Platinum offers a number of features which provides customers with an enhanced user experience. By offering these features we aim to keep our current customers and encourage non-bus users to make changes to their travel habits in order to grow use of public transport and help keep the West Midlands moving, taking more people out of their cars and onto our buses.

In addition to the on-board features we work closely with Transport for West Midlands (TfWM) to ensure bus stops are improved on the Platinum Routes and also ensure we have a regular set of drivers on each route who are specially trained to drive these vehicles and fully understand the route and features that they consist of.
