Service Disruption Wednesday 22 May 2013

Due to a broken down motor vehicle on the Bilston Road Wolverhampton section. Metro services are currently operating between Priestfield and Birmingham Snow Hill ( & visa versa) only.

Midland Metro would like to apologise to its customers for this disruption to service.

Metro Service Information

Midland Metro, which opened in 1999, runs between Birmingham and Wolverhampton serving 23 stops including West Bromwich, Wednesbury and Bilston.

Transport Integration

As part of Network West Midlands, Metro is integrated with the bus and rail network.

Accessibility & Safety

There is easy access and level boarding and spaces for two wheelchairs on every tram to ensure full access for people with mobility difficulties as well as those with pushchairs, buggies and luggage.

Park & Ride

Park & Ride facilities, providing 550 free car parking spaces, are located at 4 stops on the Metro line between Birmingham and Wolverhampton.
