Black Country Festival Competition Terms & Conditions

The competition is to win one prize from a selection of x4 intu Merry Hill vouchers worth (£25 each), x4 pairs of T20 Cricket tickets for Birmingham Bears v Worcestershire Rapids and x4 group (4 people) to the Dudley Canal Durst (45 minute canal ride and meal in the Gorgonzola Restaurant). 

There will be 12 winners in total. 

The competition is open for people who complete their details at either; Stourbridge Carnival (2nd July), Dudley / Black Country Event  (15th July) or Briar Fair (22nd July)

The winners will be chosen at random and announced to all entrants via email on the 27th July 2017 at 12noon. 

The winners will be notified and will be announced via email. 

If the prize is not claimed within the time or manner specified in the prize notification, National Express West Midlands reserve the right, in its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified.

The winners will be selected at random, the adjudicator’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Entrants must be aged 16 or over and reside in the UK.

Employees of National Express, related companies, their families and agencies and associated companies are not eligible to participate in the competition.

Only one (1) entry is allowed per entrant.

Travel is not included. 

There are no cash alternatives.

No purchase is necessary.

National Express West Midlands shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, Internet access or otherwise preventing entry to any competition.

National Express West Midlands reserves the right to change or withdraw the competition and/or prize at any time.

No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries; incomplete entries will be disregarded.
