The Charterfield and Dubarry Estates will not be served by either bus route.Services 236 and 237 will be extended from the same date from Cradley Heath to Halesowen via Blackheath replacing the portion of the 231 route no longer serving Halesowen.Mick McPike, Travel West Midlands’ Area Operations Manager West, said: "We have altered services in the Balfour Road area in an effort to improve reliability for passengers. The 231 was a long route as it incorporated Halesowen so we decided to terminate it at Merry Hill and introduce a complementary route 232 to ensure that a half hourly frequency was maintained."
