Bloxwich bus users reminded to check for diversions

National Express is advising Bloxwich bus passengers to double check their services, as road works on the High Street will cause diversions from this weekend.

From Sunday 25 July, Bloxwich High Street will be closed to all northbound traffic for around eight weeks. National Express West Midlands has diverted services 301, 301E, 302 and 29 to help ease disruption to passengers.

Nick Newcombe, Area Manager for National Express West Midlands, said: "We’d like to remind passengers that some services in Bloxwich will be diverted from Sunday as a result of road works on the High Street. These diversions aim to minimise disruption for customers and we’d like to thank people in advance for the patience they always show during unavoidable service changes." Passengers travelling from Walsall to Bloxwich can still get there directly via the 301E service. This will depart every 12 minuets throughout the day from stand J - it is the only service which will provide a direct connection from Walsall to Bloxwich during the road works.
