Bus Birthday Party

Travel West Midlands has provided a double deck bus free of charge - and it’s a birthday present with a difference!Walsall bus driver, Wayne Briggs, approached Travel West Midlands asking if the Company could provide a bus to host his son’s sixth birthday party. James, who lives in Rushall, is mad about buses.His dad said: "James is absolutely mad about buses and when I became a bus driver it made it worse. I thought it would be really great if we could have his birthday party actually on a bus and Travel West Midlands has made that dream come true for him."Ken Poole, Area Director North at Travel West Midlands, said: "We always get these kind of requests and were more than happy to help Wayne out when he approached us. Hopefully James will be following in his father’s footsteps and joining us a bus driver in years to come!"
