Bus Improvements in Dudley

Travel West Midlands has announced changes to bus services 246, 311 and 312 from Sunday 31st August 2003.The services, which operate between Walsall, Dudley and Stourbridge via Brierley Hill, will be re-routed via Pensnett Road and Kingswinford Road following the redevelopment of the area around Russells Hall Hospital.Phil Bateman, Travel West Midlands’ Corporate Affairs Director, said: "Following the extensive road works around the hospital site, services 246, 311 and 312 will now be re-routed down Pensnett Road - no longer serving Stourbridge Road in Holly Hall. Passengers for Russells Hall Hospital should alight on Kingswinford Road as the services will not be directly serving the hospital grounds."Anyone requiring further timetable or fare information should contact the Traveline Enquiry Service on 0870 608 2 608.
