Travel West Midlands’ Travelcard & Information Centre based at Pavilions Central, Birmingham City Centre, has scooped an award - and it’s clear that staff don’t need any coaching! The Centre has just been announced ’National Express Regional Agent of the Year’ proving that it’s the best sales outlet in the region.Gail Jones, Travel West Midlands’ Sales Manager, said: "The Centre, which has recently located to a new site in the Pavilions Shopping Centre, certainly attracts lots of customers - not just those booking coach and rail tickets, but those looking for public transport information and up-to-date publicity.
