Centro 16-18 Photocard Alert

Travel West Midlands reminds 16 - 18 year olds who are continuing in full time education to apply for and obtain their Centro 16 - 18 Photocards. This will allow them to purchase child-rate travelcards and bus fares.As in previous years, Term Plus, Term and Scholars cards issued for the Autumn Term can be used WITHOUT a valid photocard until 30TH SEPTEMBER 2003 on Travel West Midlands’ bus services.Phil Bateman, Travel West Midlands’ Corporate Affairs Director, said: "We allow some time at the beginning of the Autumn Term for scholars and students to obtain the appropriate Centro Photocard and for applications to be processed. From 1st October all Term Plus, Term and Scholars tickets MUST be accompanied by either a child photocard, Under 16 card or 16-18 Photocard." One and Four Week Child Cards will continue to require a photocard at all times.
