City Gridlock Causing Delays to Buses

As a result of the ’hole’ in Carrs Lane, buses and other traffic have been diverted via Albert Street. This has resulted in serious traffic congestion in the City Centre as junctions around the city become gridlocked.Travel West Midlands is currently doing everything it can to improve the situation and has deployed Inspectors at key points around the City Centre in order to try and ease the congestion - however delays to services are highly likely.We apologise to our passengers for any problems they may experience and thank them for their patience and understanding.
