Early Xmas Gifts on the 997!

Passengers on Travel West Midlands’ Premier 997 were given early Christmas gifts recently on the new late night service in the centre of Birmingham.TWM’s General Manager at Walsall garage, Dave Donaldson, played Santa for the night by boarding the service, which operates between Birmingham, Walsall and Aldridge, and handed out shopping vouchers and Christmas cards to ten lucky 997 passengers.Stuart Henry, Corporate Affairs Manager for Travel West Midlands said; "We wanted to give passengers a small Christmas gift on the 997 as part of our Christmas promotions. I think they were rather taken aback to receive a gift from the Company so late into the night, but it was certainly appreciated and I’m sure we provided some extra Christmas spirit on what was a freezing cold night! The feedback from our customers on the service has been fantastic and we have been able to take all their comments on board and make the neccesary adjustments and improvements.
