Emergency Diversions - Routes 14 and 55

Due to continuing problems with vandalism in and around Washwood Heath School routes 14 and 55 will be diverted away from Burney Lane between 1515 and 1630 on Thursday, 1st April.Proposed diversions are as follows:14 (towards Birmingham City Centre) will be diverted from Audley Road via Station Road, Meadway, Bordesley Green East, Belchers Lane to rejoin normal route at Alum Rock Road/Belchers Lane junction.14 (towards Tile Cross) will operate via the reverse of this route.55 (towards Birmingham City Centre) will be diverted from Stechford Road via Stechford Lane, Washwood Heath Road to rejoin normal route at Saltley Gate55 (towards Chelmsley Wood) will operate via the reverse of this route.Travel West Midlands apologises for any inconvenience cause but feel that these diversions are necessary in the interests of passengers using these services.
