Extension of Coventry Route 40 to Manor Farm and Henley Green

Travel West Midlands has introduced a Sunday bus service in the Manor Farm and Henley Green areas of Coventry. This service is an extension of the current number 40 route.Bernard Delaney, Travel West Midlands’ Area Director South, said: "This service has been introduced following a campaign organised by the Henley Green Residents Association. We are pleased that we have been able to work in partnership with this group, and to introduce this extension supported by the ’New Deal for Communities Partnership Board’."The service will run on an hourly evening and Sunday extension from Bell Green to the Henley Green and Manor Farm areas with the last bus service to Henley Green from City is 11.07 pm and from Bell Green at 11.30 pm.Roger Tipton is Chairman for New Deal Communities Partnership Board.
