Travel West Midlands is offering passengers a golden offer on Tuesday 4th June 2002 - a special maximum 50p fare to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen’s Golden Jubilee.The region’s leading bus operator is offering adult passengers the chance to travel on Travel West Midlands’ buses for a maximum single fare of 50p - and children can travel for a maximum of 25p.Phil Bateman, Travel West Midlands’ Corporate Affairs Director, said: "We have decided to offer this special 50p fare to commemorate the ongoing celebrations for Her Majesty The Queen’s Golden Jubilee. It is a great one day offer and we hope that it will encourage people to get out and about on this special Bank Holiday Tuesday."
