MD gets out and about with Christmas shoppers in Birmingham

Peter Coates, the Managing Director of National Express West Midlands, took the opportunity to talk to both staff and customers during a recent visit to bus services operating around the Birmingham City Centre.

The two-hour visit to the Carrs Lane area also enabled him to talk to some of our City Centre Inspectors who were supporting our drivers during the height of the Christmas rush hour.
