New Service Between Erdington & Sutton Coldfield

Travel West Midlands are pleased to announce that a new service is being introduced to serve passengers travelling between Erdington and Sutton Coldfield.From Monday 23rd February, NEW SERVICE 111 will replace the current service 66 which operates between Sutton Coldfield and Erdington.The 111 service wil include easy access buses which will provide a fast and efficient shuttle service linking Boldmere and Perry Common areas with Sutton and Erdington. The service will have a frequency of 30 minutes, Monday > Saturday. However, addtional journey’s operate during the morning peak period (Monday > Friday)Chris Roberts, Area Director West said, "We believe that the new 111 service will bring better reliability to the communities which it serves. Reliability is something which our customers have been asking for, so we are happy to be designing bus routes which do just that."
