New Year’s Eve Buses
Travel West Midlands has announced its special Birmingham Night Bus services for New Year’s Eve, Wednesday 31st December 2003 and Thursday 1st January 2003.Services 5N, 12N, 34N, 37N, 51N and 96N will depart from Moor Street Queensway Bus Mall and the 7N, 9N, 16N, 45N, 50N, 55N, 60N, 62N, 67N, 79N, 87N, 94N 104N, 922N will operate from Priory Queensway, Argos or Living Well Club. All services will operate between the hours of midnight and 4.00 am with a flat fare of £2.50. Travelcards and day tickets will not be accepted but concessionary passes can be used.Phil Bateman, Travel West Midlands’ Corporate Affairs Director, said: "The most important thing for passengers to note this year is that celebrations will be moving from Centenary Square to Millennium Point, hence the new stopping points for the special night bus service.
