Park & Ride Service For Illuminations

Travel West Midlands will be running the daily Park & Ride bus service for the Walsall Illuminations from Saturday 20th September until Sunday 2nd November 2003.Service 990 will be operating from the Arboretum extension car park to the Walsall Illuminations entrance in Lichfield Road between the hours of 6.00 pm and 10.30 pm.Visitors to the Illuminations can also pre-purchase their tickets from the Travel West Midlands’ Travelcard & Tourist Information Centre based in Walsall Bus Station.Ken Poole, Travel West Midlands’ Area Director North, said: "Once again we will be running the Park & Ride service to the Illuminations on behalf of Walsall MBC. The service costs £1 for anyone with a pre-paid ticket for the Illuminations and tickets which include travel are also available."
