Quality Matters on Buses

Travel West Midlands has proved that quality matters by achieving an enhanced quality accreditation standard for business excellence in engineering - and it is the first bus company to achieve ISO9001.2000 standard for the maintenance of Public Service Vehicles.The Company gained ISO9002 Quality Standard accreditation in 1993 by following a procedures based audit model in relation to maintenance standards and routines.
