Brand New Senior Citizens Travel Passes In CoventryTo obtain your new Coventry Smart Card travel pass, please collect an application form from your local Post Office anytime after the 6th February and return it between the dates shown in the table below, according to the first letter of your surname.Only the Post Office will be accepting application forms. Your new travel pass will be sent to your home address.
