Service 37 - Temporary Diversion

Travel West Midlands is to divert the line of route of the 37 bus service to take into account the reconstruction work taking place on the Rail Bridge on the Warwick Road/Tyseley Lane. Warwick Road is to be closed between Stockfield Road and Knights Road from 10.00pm on Saturday 28th September through to 10.00am on Sunday 29 September and from 10.00pm on Saturday 5th October through to 10.00am on Sunday 6th October 2002. Bernard Delaney Area Director South said " We are having to alter the line of route of our popular service 37 due to this major reconstruction work on this rail bridge. Service 37 to the City will operate from Warwick Road via Stockfield Road, Wharfdale Road and Tyseley Hill Road to Warwick Road. Operating from the City the Service 37 will run from Warwick Road via Knights Road, Mayfield Road and Fox Hollies Road through to Warwick Road. Obviously we apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers but the change of route has been forced on us by circumstances beyond our control."
