Shuttle Bus for Fort

Travel West Midlands will be introducing a new shuttle service to serve the Fort Shopping Park from Sunday 2nd June 2002, following the announced changes to the 11A/11C service from the same date.The new 911 bus will shuttle between Bromford Lane/Tyburn Road (to connect with 11A/11C services) and the Fort Shops on a 15 minute frequency Mondays to Saturdays covering the Fort shopping hours. The fare will be 40 p each way. Travelcards and Senior Citizens Passes will be accepted.Phil Bateman, Travel West Midlands’ Corporate Affairs Director, said: "This shuttle bus service will be introduced on a trial basis and we hope that people will use it to make a connection with the Outer Circle service.
