Special 997 email Link Up

To improve and develop communication with passengers of TWM’s 997 ’Premier Bus’ service, Travel West Midlands has set up a special 997@travelwm.co.uk email address.Dave Donaldson, General Manager at TWM’s Walsall garage said: "The new email address gives us another vital channel through which to communicate with our customers. People can now email us, asked any questions regarding the service, give us their comments and what their general views are on the Premier 997. All questions and points will be answered and we hope that the new email address will become an established tool for vital two-way communication between the Company and both existing and potential customers."He added, "Email is an important communications tool and we recognise that more and more people throughout the West Midlands now have access to email through both home computer systems and mobile phone technology.
