+++ Stop Press: Apply by 11th November 2005 +++Term Plus by Direct Debit is available again ... applications for the Winter term must be received by 11 November 2005 for use from 15 December 2005.How much does it cost?A one off payment of £29.91 due on 1 December 2005, followed by monthly payments of just £17.95 starting 1 January 2006, excluding June and July of each year.If you need to use buses and the Metro then a Metro Add-On will be required. In this case, a one off payment of £35.75 will be due on 1 December 2005, followed by monthly payments of just £21.45 starting 1 January 2006, excluding June and July of each year.Who is eligible?Anyone in full time education between the ages of 5-15 (inclusive), and for 16 to 18 year olds staying in full time education, who or whose parents pay council tax to one of the 7 Metropolitan Borough Councils within the West Midlands County (Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall or Wolverhampton).There is no need to apply for a separate Centro 16-18 Photocard. We will issue you with one when your direct debit payment is accepted - subject to confirmation of eligibility.How do I apply?Easy! Simply click here to download an application form, complete it and return it to WM Card Systems, PO Box 3532, Birmingham, B9 9BG along with a colour passport sized photograph, on a light background please.
