TWM Celebrate Solihull Customer Care Award
Travel West Midlands, part of the global transport provider National Express Group, is today celebrating after two of the company’s staff scooped a prestigious Customer Care award.Michelle Acet, the Manager of TWM’s Travelcard & Information Centre in Solihull, along with her colleague Shipa Tarafdar, were awarded the Customer Care Award at the annual Solihull Customer Care Awards this week after coming out on top through a public vote.Gail Jones, Sales Manager for Travel West Midlands said; "We’re extremely proud of both Michelle and Shipa. The team at our Travel Centre in Solihull always give a first-class service to our customers and it’s fantastic that their professionalism has been recognised by the public in Solihull. We see thousands customers per week in our Solihull Travelcard & Information Centre where we sell a range of our own travel products as well as National Express coach bookings.
