People who want a top job are being invited to become part of Travel West Midland?s ?Flying Squad? - as a campaign is launched to recruit new bus drivers.Currently there is a Flying Squad team of around 28 members who are geared up to travel between the Company?s 11 depots - providing driving support across the whole of TWM?s operation.But now, the Company needs you too!The drive is aimed at people from areas that wouldn?t normally be associated with the Company such as Worcester, Kidderminster and Telford, and successful candidates would receive excellent rates of pay plus travel expenses, a pension scheme and much more.Jack Henry, TWM?s Engineering Director said: ?This is a great job for a committed person with a clean driving licence, who has the ability and the personal driving force that can be harnessed to provide service for the travelling public.
