Warning to Smokers!

Travel West Midlands is taking a further batch of people to court for ignoring no-smoking regulations on board its buses.Phil Bateman, Corporate Affairs Director said:"We do prosecute people who are caught smoking on our vehicles. We use both CCTV and individual evidence to back up our case in the courts.The maximum fine for ignoring the transport regulation on smoking is £1000Don’t ignore the warnings, or believe the myth that we do not prosecute.
