National Express Dundee’s group of Santa Bus Drivers are presenting a cheque for £3,000 to local charity Cash for Kids.  The money was raised by donations from the public and the bus operator during the month of December.

Allan Fordyce, Ross Murdoch, David Murdoch, Gillian Moffat, Bobby Reid, Davie Easton, Paul Tynan and Raymond Duncan all donned the red suit over the festive season, to encourage customers and other staff to donate to Mission Christmas, which provides presents for kids in need across Tayside.

They managed to raise a massive £2,400 - which has been rounded up to £3,000 by National Express Dundee.

Ross Murdoch said: "We’re delighted with the total and want to thank everyone who supported this year’s efforts.  Christmas might be over, but the hard work isn’t - we’ve got lots more fundraising plans with Cash for Kids in the coming months, so watch this space!"
