National Express West Midlands is looking at making some changes to bus services in West Dudley from October 2019. Some Wolverhampton and Staffordshire services would also be affected.
The bus operator has launched a consultation on the proposed changes and is urging bus users to complete the online survey by providing feedback at www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/WestDudley.
Nick Vane, Commercial Director, National Express West Midlands, said:
“We’ve reviewed our bus services across West Dudley and put together a proposal that we feel will deliver an even better service for both our loyal customers and also attract new customers onto our public transport network.
“We’re hopeful that most people will either see no change to the bus they catch or an improvement with better reliability and more buses serving key locations such as Russells Hall Hospital. We’re also hoping to introduce some new links and better connectivity as a result of this consultation.”
Information is available on the National Express West Midlands website nxbus.co.uk. Paper copies of the consultation information and survey are also available at Dudley and Wolverhampton travelshops, Russells Hall Hospital, and libraries across Dudley.
The closing date for feedback on the proposed changes is Friday 9th August 2019.
