Smartcard launch for Scotland

On Monday 18th October Stewart Stevenson MSP, Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change, celebrated the completion of the programme to equip all buses in Scotland with smartcard ticket machines at a photo shoot at Victoria Quay in Edinburgh. All buses are now capable of reading all senior citizens' concessionary passes, and the Minister hopped on a National Express bus to show how to use the new machines.
