• 16-18 year olds must have a valid 16-18 Swift card. 
• To be eligible for a 16-18 Swift card, the ticket user must be under 18 on the 1st September, and the household must pay their council tax to one of the following metropolitan boroughs: Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall & Wolverhampton.
• Children 4 years old and under travel for free when accompanied by a fare paying customer or pass holder.

• For anyone aged 18 and over, or 16-18 year olds not eligible for the 16-18 card, and in full time education (minimum 12 hours per week).
• After a student ticket has been bought, we will email you to request proof of your studies. This must be provided within 10 days of buying the ticket.
• Failure to provide proof of your studies may result in your student ticket being withdrawn.
  
• Students will be required to carry either a physical student ID or show a valid Yoti digital ID on their phone at all times whilst travelling. Physical student ID can include a physical photo ID card or a TOTUM card.
• Failure to provide a physical student ID or Yoti digital ID when asked by a member of staff on National Express buses will result in a Standard Fare Charge of £50 being issued to you.
