Gibbet Hill Road closure

Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st May

To allow for works by Western Power to take place, Gibbet Hill Road will be closed between Kirby Corner Road and Lord Battacharyya Way and services will be diverted.

Service 11 in towards the University of Warwick and Leamington, will divert via Fletchamstead Highway, Kenilworth Road and Gibbet Hill Road

Sir Henry Parks Road, Kirby Corner Road and Gibbet Hill Road (Scarman Road bus stop)  will not be served.

Alternative stopping places are 

• University of Warwick bus interchange

Service 11 in towards the the City Centre, will divert via Gibbet Hill Road, Kenilworth Road, Fletchamstead Highway, and Charter Avenue.

Kirby Corner Road and Gibbet Hill Road (Scarman Road bus stop)  will not be served.

Alternative stopping places are 

• University of Warwick bus interchange

• Sir Henry Parkes Road

Service 12X will terminate at the University of Warwick bus interchange.

The section of the route between the Unversity of Warwick and Prior Deram Walk will not be served in either direction.

• University of Warwick bus interchange

Services 14 and 14A  will terminate at Kirby Corner Road

Gibbet Hill Road and the University of Warwick bus stop will not be served.

Alternative stopping places are 

• Kirby Corner Road

• Lynchgate Road (Cannon Park)
