Between 12.30pm and 4pm approximately, services 3, 6, 6A, 7, 7A, 8, 11, 14, 15, 16, 18 & X1 may be delayed, diverted or terminated early for short periods of time whilst the parade heads from Holbrook Way/Jimmy Hill Way near to the CBS Arena towards Hearsall Common.

Service 3

• From 12.45pm to 2.30pm approximately, buses will terminate at Holbrook Lane/Holbrook Way.

• Holbrook Lane, Hen Lane and Arena Park will not be served.

Services 6 & 6A

• From 3pm to 4.30pm approximately, buses will divert via Allesley Old Road, Brookside Avenue, Wildcroft Road and Broad Lane.

• Hearsall Lane and Hearsall Common will not be served.

Service 7

• From 2pm to 3.30pm, buses will divert via Allesley Old Road or Holyhead Road depending on road closures.

• Coundon Road, Barkers Butts Lane, Westhill Road, Courtland Avenue, and Kingsbury Road will not be served.

Service 8

• From 2.30pm to 4pm, buses will divert via Holyhead Road and Grayswood Avenue.

• Allesley Old Road will not be served.

Service 11

• From 2.30pm to 4pm, buses will divert via Kenilworth Road and Fletchamstead Highway.

• Earlsdon Avenue South, Earlsdon Avenue North, Hearsall Common, Tile Hill Lane, and Fletchamstead Highway (Torrington Avenue stop towards City Centre) will not be served.

Service 15

• From 1pm to 2.30pm, buses will terminate at Jubilee Crescent.

• Links Road, Burnaby Road and Nunts Lane will not be served.

Service 16

• From 1.30pm to 3.30pm, buses will terminate at Radford Road/Brownshill Green Road.

• Keresley Road, Keresley Green Road, Bennetts Road South, Bennetts Road, Exhall Road, Beaumont Road, and Rathbone Close will not be served.

Service 18

• From 3pm to 4.30pm, buses will divert via Allesley Old Road, Brookside Avenue, Wildcroft Road, and Broad Lane.

• Hearsall Lane and Hearsall Common will not be served.

Service X1

• From 2.30pm to 3.30pm, buses will divert via Allesley Old Road or Coundon Road/Barkers Butts Lane depending on road closures.

• Holyhead Road will not be served.

Service suspension - service 7A

• From 2pm to 3.30pm, this service will not run between Pool Meadow and Coundon (Norman Place Road).

The event will be held at the War Memorial Park from 1pm to 7pm, with last entry at 3pm.

Getting to the event

• We will be running extra buses on service 12X from Pool Meadow Bus Station and University of Warwick.

• This service stops at the War Memorial Park on Kenilworth Road.

• Service 9 to Green Lane also serves the War Memorial Park, with buses using the stop on Leamington Road at Humphrey Burton’s Road.

Getting from the event

• We will be running extra buses on service 12X.

• Heading towards Pool Meadow Bus Station, buses will pick up from the Park & Ride site within the park.

• Heading towards University of Warwick, buses will use the stops on Kenilworth Road.

12X special timetable

9 shuttle service

From approximately 7pm to 10pm, services 9, 11 & 12X will be unable to serve Warwick Road railway bridge for Coventry Station.

During this time, we will be running a 9 shuttle service between Coventry Station Interchange and Pool Meadow Bus Station via Corporation Street. This service will run every 20 minutes.

Diversion details - between 6.30pm and 10pm approximately due to road closures

Service 9

• Buses will divert via New Union Street, Quinton Road and Daventry Road in both directions.

Service 11

• Buses will divert towards the City Centre via Croft Road and Albany Road.

Service 12X

• Buses will divert between the City Centre and Kenilworth Road via Trinity Street, The Burges, Corporation Street, Croft Road, Albany Road, and Earlsdon Avenue South.

• Buses will serve the same stops on Albany Road and Earlsdon Avenue South as service 11.

• Cox Street, Little Park Street, and New Union Street will not be served.
