Student bus pass

• Unlimited Student travel until 1st July - 31st August 2025 on all National Express buses and any other bus operator that is part of the nBus scheme within the West Midlands nBus zone.
• Your ticket will start immediately
• For full time students 18* years old and over
• Students will be required to carry either a physical student ID or show a valid Yoti digital ID on their phone at all times whilst travelling. Physical student ID can include a physical photo ID card or a TOTUM card. You may be asked to show your
  mTicket to an Inspector or any member of staff employed by the Company, West Midlands Police or the Safer Travel Team.
• This ticket is non refundable.

• After a student ticket has been bought we will email you to request proof of your studies. Failure to provide this may result in your student ticket being withdrawn. *or 16-18 year olds not eligible for the 16-18 photocard.

• Unlimited travel on all National Express buses and any other bus operator that is part of the nBus scheme, within the nBus zone.
• For anyone aged 18 and over, or 16-18 year olds not eligible for the 16-18 card, and in full time education (minimum 12 hours per week).
• Paid for by Direct Debit each month from your chosen date.
• You can use your ticket at any time including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• This pass holds a minimum term of 9 months and payments will automatically be taken on a monthly basis providing you with continuous travel.
• After a student ticket has been bought, we will email you to request proof of your studies. This must be provided within 10 days of buying the ticket.
• Failure to provide proof of your studies may result in your student ticket being withdrawn.
