We’re offering free, on the day travel across our bus services in the West Midlands and Coventry for poppy collectors and uniformed personnel to attend Remembrance Day services on Sunday 9 November.
2025 marks the 12th year that National Express has supported the Royal British Legion and over the last decade our big-hearted customers and colleagues have raised an incredible £105,000 for the charity.
Antony Goozee, MD National Express Bus said:
“We’re proud to support the Armed Forces community and we recognise the significant contribution they make to our country. Offering free bus travel on Remembrance Sunday for those who are either poppy collecting or wearing their uniform is our small way of saying thank you to those who have provided and continue to provide an invaluable service to our country.”
This Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day, we invite those travelling with us to join us in the two-minute silence, as a mark of respect to those killed or injured in defence of their country. There is still time to show your support by donating to this year’s #PoppyAppeal here.
