National Express’ Solihull ticket shop is closing - after over 41 years serving the travelling public. The travel shop on Station Road will close its doors for the last time on Friday 28 April 2017.
Head of Sales Daljit Kalirai said:
“I’d like to thank everyone who’s worked here since we opened in 1976, helping our customers get the best tickets for their journeys.
“We wish our Solihull staff well in their new roles in the National Express sales team.
“Over the last few years, we’ve seen that, more and more, our customers are buying tickets online on our website or on their phone using our Mticketing app.
“Customers who still want to buy paper tickets can use the Spar shop which is 10 yards away.”
