Adams Hill, Bartley Green closure
On Friday 20th February 2026, between 9.30am until 3.30pm, Adams Hill will be closed from Wood Lane to and including Jiggins Lane junction for highway works. During this time, services 18, 23, X21 & X22 will be diverted.
Service 18
Heading towards Bartley Green
Buses will divert from Genners Lane, left Field Lane, right Field Lane, and right Romsley Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Yardley Wood
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
Service 23
Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will divert from Genners Lane, left Field Lane, right Field Lane, and right Romsley Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Bartley Green
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
Service X21
Heading towards Romsley
Buses will divert from Genners Lane, left Field Lane, right Field Lane, and right Romsley Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
Service X22
Heading towards Bartley Green
Buses will divert from Clapgate Lane, pass the junction with Jiggins Lane and continue along Clapgate Lane, left Woodgate Lane, and second exit Wood Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
