Church Road, Northfield closure
On Thursday 5th February 2026, from 9.30am until 3.30pm, Church Road will be closed between Great Stone Road and Bristol Road South for tree works. During this time, services 18 & 27 will be diverted.
Service 18
Heading towards Bartley Green
Buses will divert from Bunbury Road, continue past Church Road junction along Great Stone Road, right Bristol Road South into Sir Herbert Austin Way, and right Bristol Road South to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Yardley Wood
Buses will follow the reverse of the above.
Service 27
Heading towards Rubery
Buses will divert from Bunbury Road, continue past Church Road junction along Great Stone Road, right Bristol Road South into Sir Herbert Austin Way, and right Bristol Road South to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Solihull
Buses will follow the reverse of the above.
