College Road, Sparkbrook closure
From Monday 2nd until Wednesday 4th February 2026, between 9am and 3pm, College Road will be closed from Springfield Road to Wake Green Road for resurfacing works. During this time, services 1 & 41 will be diverted.
Service 1
Heading towards Five Ways
Buses will divert from College Road via Springfield Road and Wake Green Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Acocks Green Village
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
Service 41
Heading towards QE Hospital
Buses will continue along Springfield Road, pass the junction with College Road, then Wake Green Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Shard End
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
