Coventry Road/Barrows Lane closure
From Thursday 5th until Saturday 7th February 2026, between 8pm and 6am, Coventry Road will be closed from the junction with Barrows Lane to Horse Shoes Lane for Sprint resurfacing works. During this time, services 60, X1 & X2 will be diverted.
Service 60
Heading towards Cranes Park
Buses will divert from Coventry Road, left Barrows Lane, right Common Lane, right Church Road, and left Cranes Park Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will follow the normal line of route.
Service X1
Heading towards Coventry
Buses will divert from Coventry Road, left Barrows Lane, right Common Lane, right Church Road, continue to Sheaf Lane, and left Coventry Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will follow the normal line of route.
Service X2
Heading towards Solihull
Buses will divert from Coventry Road, left Barrows Lane, right Common Lane, right Church Road, continue to Sheaf Lane, cross Coventry Road to Hobs Moat Road and rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will follow the normal line of route.
