Foley Road East, Streetly closure
From Monday 26th January until Friday 20th February 2026, Foley Road East will be closed between Middleton Road and Chester Road for gas main replacement works. During this time, services 3, 78 & 78A will be diverted.
Service 3
Heading towards Lichfield
Buses will start service at the Highbury Road bus stop on Streetly Lane, then use Hardwick Road, and Chester Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Streetly
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
Services 78 & 78A
Heading towards Sutton Coldfield
Buses will divert from Foley Road West via Chester Road, Hardwick Road, and Streetly Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Streetly
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
