Foley Road East, Streetly closure
From Monday 23rd until Friday 27th February 2026, Foley Road East will be closed between Chester Road and Meadow Close for gas main replacement works. During this time, services 3, 78 & 78A will be diverted.
Service 3
Heading towards Lichfield
Buses will divert from Thornhill Road, continue Thornhill Road, third exit Chester Road, and continue past the junction with Foley Road East to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Streetly
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
Services 78 & 78A
Heading towards Sutton Coldfield
Buses will divert from Foley Road West, left Chester Road, right Hardwick Road, and third exit Streetly Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Streetly/Kingstanding
Buses will follow the reverse of the above route.
