Hoggs Lane, Northfield closure

From Tuesday 2nd to Saturday 6th June 2026, between 10.30pm and 5am, Hoggs Lane will be closed from Elmdale Crescent to Bidford Road for tree works. During this time, service 18 will be diverted.

Heading towards Yardley Wood

Buses will be diverted from Merritts Brook Lane, right Trescott Road, continue Trescott Road, left Norrington Road, right Masonleys Road, and right Frankley Beeches Road to rejoin the normal line of route after the junction with Hoggs Lane.

Heading towards Bartley green

Buses will continue along Frankley Beeches Road, pass the junction with Hoggs Lane, continue Frankley Beeches Road, right Masonleys Road, left Norrington Road, continue Borrowdale Road, left Trescott Road, continue Trescott Road, and left Merritts Brook Lane to rejoin the normal line of route.
