Lancaster Circus Underpass, Aston closure

From Sunday 22nd until Thursday 26th February 2026, between 10pm and 5am, Lancaster Circus Underpass will be closed for tunnel maintenance. During this time, services 33, 51, 907, 936, 937, 997, 998 & X51 will be diverted. 

Heading from Birmingham

Buses will divert from James Watt Queensway via Lancaster Circus, second exit Lancaster Street and rejoin the normal line of route. 

Heading towards Birmingham

Buses will divert from Lancaster Street via Lancaster Circus, second exit James Watt Queensway and rejoin the normal line of route.
