Moorend Avenue, Chelmsley Wood closure

From Monday 2nd until Friday 13th February 2026, Moorend Avenue will be closed between Chelmsley Road and Chester Road for bridge joint replacement work. During this time, services 94, 95 & 96 will be diverted.

Heading from Chelmsley Wood
Buses will continue along Chelmsley Road, pass the junction with Moorend Avenue, then use Coleshill Heath Road, Chester Road, and rejoin the normal line of route after the junction with Moorend Avenue.

Heading towards Chelmsley Wood
Buses will follow the reverse of the above.
