Rectory Road, Sutton Coldfield closure
From Monday 1st to Saturday 6th June 2026, Rectory Road will be closed between Riland Road and Coleshill Street for Severn Trent works. During this time, services 71, 77B, 77S, X4 & X14 will be diverted.
Service 71
Heading towards Sutton Coldfield
Buses will be diverted from Rectory Road, left Riland Road, right Coleshill Road, and right Coleshill Street to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Chelmsley Wood
Buses will follow the normal line of route.
Service 77B
Heading towards Erdington
Buses will continue along Coleshill Street, pass the junction with Rectory Road, continue Coleshill Street, left Coleshill Road, left Riland Road, and right Rectory Road to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Walsall
Buses will follow the normal line of route.
Service 77S
Heading towards Walsall
Buses will be diverted from Rectory Road, left Riland Road, right Coleshill Road, and right Coleshill Street to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Erdington
Buses will follow the normal line of route.
Service X4
Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will be diverted from Rectory Road, left Riland Road, right Coleshill Road, and right Coleshill Street to rejoin the normal line of route.
Heading towards Falcon Lodge
Buses will follow the normal line of route.
